Policies
- Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.
- The occupancy limit for the cabin is six (6) people (unless prior written approval has been granted � additional fees may apply).
- A maximum of three (3) cars are allowed � on street parking is not permitted.
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be one of the occupants during the rental period.
- This is a non-smoking cabin.
- Pets are permitted in the cabin or on the cabin premise only with prior written approval. An additional pet cleaning fee applies.
- A Damage/Security Deposit of $200 is required for each stay. It is fully refundable within seven (7) days after departure provided the conditions of the Agreement are met.
- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental cost is required for booking a reservation. VISA, Master Card, and Discover are accepted. The remainder of the payment for rent, cleaning fees and taxes as well as authorization to charge a $200 security deposit must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations more than thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty except for a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental cost. No refunds will be made for cancellations thirty (30) days or less prior to scheduled arrival date. Early departure does not warrant a refund. No refund will be given due to adverse weather or road conditions, power outages, or other inconveniences out of our control. Travel insurance is available at csatravelprotection.com, (800) 711-1197
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
- Children under 18 years of age may not be in the cabin unattended.
- Hot Tub � it is recommended that children under the age of six (6) or pregnant women to do use the hot tub. When using the hot tub, remember there are certain health risks. Use at your own risk.
- Camp fires are permitted in the designated fire pit unless there is a burn ban, which is common in late July through September. Wood cutting around the cabin or in the community is not permitted. Feel free to use the wood provided in the woodshed. Do not leave fire unattended.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors. Speed limit in the community is 15 mph and must be observed. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
- Tall Pines LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises and is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
